Hi, I'm Clare...

I am passionate about supporting my clients so they can achieve their business goals by removing the burden of daily admin. Providing a time efficient and accurate service doing what I enjoy the most; organising and ensuring top quality admin support where needed. I have provided this level of support to various organisations over the years, most recently within the Tech start up world, but through to the Beauty and Education sectors as well.

Having achieved a degree in History from Southampton University I spent my initial working career within the HR function of Investment Banking, affording me a strong background in efficient and clear communications supporting multiple business functions. I then moved strategically into Recruitment and Account Management, this remained my passion for the best part of a decade. Working with C Suites to support their recruitment needs, building strong pipelines and successfully forging meaningful colleague and candidate relationships; collaboration and an ability to understand peoples needs remain at the heart of the work I do.

When Covid hit the one positive that emerged from the bleakness of lockdown was the proven ability to work remotely and still be successful. As a busy mother it allowed me to have a career (full time) and be present for my children. It was during this time that I also gained a qualification as a Legal Secretary, adding several extra strings to my bow and cementing my intentions on becoming a Virtual Assistant. So the concept for Clare Ridd Business Solutions was born out of Covid and a realisation that you can be successful in work and in your personal life!

Based in Surrey I offer businesses and entrepreneurs the resources they need to streamline their work commitments, remove the stress of all the necessary admin and take their business to the next level.
